*As a Community Partner we have successfully engaged in both the occupied and vacant home programs. Our focus is development without displacement (Non Profit Occupied Program) and revitalizing dilapidated blocks (Vacant Home Program). The Non Profit Occupied Program is where we purchase homes that are occupied. First, we rehab and make the property habitable. Afterwards, we offer the occupant the option of purchasing or leasing the home.
